This home located in Kissimmee is priced right at only $103 per night. A hotel room with less than half of this room with probably cost you twice as much.

The best place to shop for autos in Orlando of really anywhere in Central Florida is Craigslist Orlando cars in the cars and trucks section. If you didn’t know it, there are several thousand car and truck ads listed there and probably around one thousand or more new ads that go up every single day.

The nice thing about searching for something like a car in the online classifieds vs looking for one in the newspaper want ads is that you can use the search function on Craigslist. This way you can find exactly the car you are looking for instead of having to scan through the newspaper and tediously try and find something you want.

But even then, I’m not sure there are that many ads even printed in the newspaper any longer for cars. So really, why waste your time? Just use the search tool on CL and you can find anything from an old clunker to get your from point A to point B, to a nice luxury car that may cost into the tens of thousands of dollars.

This is it for you Mercedes enthusiasts. Up for sale right now on Craigslist Orlando is a pretty rare Mercedes E63 AMG. Now, I want you to know something when you look at the picture above, this is no ordinary Mercedes (as if Mercedes are ordinary) this beast pictured here has a whopping 518 horse power packed into its 6.3 liter engine modified by AMG.

This car is such a beast, a salesman where I live has tried to talk me out of buying one from my local dealer. He is actually scared of the car because it has so much power.

The reason this particular car is so rare is because it is the last year, from 2009, of this specific design and is black. Starting in the 2010 model year, with the Mercedes E series, they went to a more squared off design instead of the classic, rounder design. I like the 2009 model year much better.

Although, this is a seriously fast car, I think it tops out a 185 mph, it doesn’t fit my criteria for a 200 mph drive I have on the bucket list.

It is a great place to look in the many categories of employment available and just see how many positions are open. Really, there are all kinds of medical, dental, administrative, engineering, teaching and hundreds of other jobs available and listed on the Orlando Craigslist site right now.

Shopping for anything on CL in Orlando Florida just couldn’t get any easier.

What’s the best place in Orlando Florida to look for real estate and the prices you have to pay for a house today? Would it be the MLS, or your local real estate agent, or maybe in the newspaper, or what about driving around to a bunch of restaurants and hotels and picking up all of those magazines that feature homes for sale, would that work? The number one place these days if you live in central Florida to check out is the online classifieds at Craigslist.org

Check out Craigslist Orlando real estate prices to get an overall feel of the market in this area. For instance, just today, January 15th, 2012 there are more than 350 new ads posted in the Orlando real estate for sale section. And remember, these are just today’s postings and if you go back a week or so, there are hundreds and hundred of condos and homes listed for sale.

The prices range from $35,000 for a home listed near the beach in New Smyrna Beach (a 1 bedroom 1 bath getaway) to a home in Windermere listed for $5.6 million that features 6 bedrooms and 10, yes count that, 10 bathrooms with a square foot living area that exceeds 11,000 square feet. And the list of amenities is about a mile long and includes such luxuries as a wet bar and professional appliances in the kitchen.

Once in a while you can also find a log home listed for sale in the Craigs List classifieds. Most of the time, places like Gatlinburg Tennessee are the best places to find log homes, but every now and then someone builds one in Florida and you can check out the log home listed here for $310,000. Of course by the time you click to go to this ad it may be gone. But, there will always be more log homes for sale in the future.

So, whatever you need as far as real estate in the Central Florida area no matter what your budget is or what kind of a home you are looking for, you can find it on Craigslist. And Craigslist Orlando real estate prices will probably just continue to get better and better with the way the economy is doing these days. check it out because there are some great deals in housing to be found in today’s market.

Shopping on Craigslist can be lots of fun and can even be somewhat like going to a virtual garage sale. You can find plenty of Orlando Craigslist deals just by spending a little time in the for sale section of the site where you will find more than 30 sections of stuff that people are selling. Like I mentioned earlier, if you like going to garage sales in and around your neighborhood, you should love shopping in the merchandise section of the world’s larges classifieds site.

Let’s just look at the the antiques section and see what we can find.  A quick look for today (at the time of this post) and we see lots of furniture and art objects such as paintings and stained glass windows. There are also a lot of collectible items such as vases and laps as well, but by far the biggest thing you will see in the Orlando Craigslist Antiques section is furniture. Believe me, it is abundant.

The best thing to do when shopping on CL, especially in the for sale section, is once you get to the individual category, go to the top right side of your browser and click on where it says show images and that way you get to see a little thumbnail image of the items there (for those that have been smart enough to include an image in their ad) and when you hover your mouse over the thumbnail it gets bigger. Again, furniture is the most abundant item in the for sale section and you will find nice desks, antique chairs, beds, mirrors and more. In fact, right now there is a beautiful antique tea cart up that I’m sure my wife would love to check out.

One of the nice things about shopping for and buying antiques on Craigslist is that you never know if you will find that incredible bargain that turns out to be a lost treasure. Many times people are just trying to get rid of stuff and they really don’t realize what they have and you may end up with something much more valuable that what you paid for it. Who knows, we may see you on the next Antiques Road Show with the highest priced find of the day.

Besides antiques there are all kinds of Orlando Craigslist deals that you don’t want to miss in the for sale section. And being that Orlando is such a big city with lots of people, that means there are lots of ads and great things to choose from. It really is like shopping at a garage sale online. Check it out and see if you can find your next bargain in the classifieds.

That would have cost hundreds of dollars per ad to do in the newspaper.

While you can get good deals at Best Buy and Walmart, you can find much better ones on Craigslist instead. Need housing for any reason? There are 9 categories listed under housing. Looking for bargains on just about anything you would buy at the store? There are 38 categories listed under the “For Sale” section. Need someone to fix something for you or help you with your taxes? There are 20 different categories in the Services section. And when it comes to jobs on Craigslist there are an amazing 33 categories of jobs for every skill level imaginable. There is even a section for people that just need part time jobs.

If you live in Central Florida and you need just about anything you can think of, then Craigslist Orlando is your best bet to find it. Thousands of deals are made every day from ads place on Craigs List and you don’t want to be left out in the cold. Check it out and see if you don’t find what you’re looking for.
